Visitors, fans, and organizers all play a part. Every shared ride reduces emissions, and together we create measurable impact with clear event reporting.
Pilot phase: early figures, may include test data.
ecoTriver tracks shared rides connected to events. Each ride's emissions are calculated from its distance and occupancy with the published emission factor.
Read our CO₂ methodology →A climate contribution per ride, calculated from the CO₂ the ride produces, is a designed mechanism that is currently parked: nothing is collected and nothing is retired. What is real today is the measured CO₂ saved by sharing the ride.
The largest emissions driver for many large events is visitor travel. ecoTriver provides event-level mobility reports that give organizers and venues attendee-travel data for their Scope 3 reporting, with the methodology, the emission-factor register and the data origin of every figure.
Every past event with shared rides, and what those rides measurably saved: people connected, kilometres driven together, and CO₂ saved against travelling alone. Kilometres and CO₂ are calculated per ride from distance and occupancy; people count once per event.
