ecoTriver tracks shared rides connected to events. Each ride's emissions are calculated based on distance and occupancy. Each ride is designed to fund a 3x climate contribution via Balance.eco-verified climate projects.

Every shared ride is designed to fund a 3x climate contribution through Balance.eco-verified climate projects — three times the CO₂ equivalent the ride produces, invested into verified carbon removal projects.

Reporting for events

The largest emissions driver for many large events is visitor travel. ecoTriver provides event-level mobility reports that give organizers and venues audit-ready attendee-travel data for their Scope 3 reporting.

ecoTriver operates a public impact ledger linking each event's contributed CO₂ volume to verified Balance Units.

For every contributed ton:

The exact CO₂ amount is allocated to a specific event
A verified Balance Unit is acquired and permanently retired
The retirement ID is published in this registry
The retirement date is documented
A direct link enables independent third-party verification
